Efficiently managing all aspects of the Bar – from staffing levels, to cleaning rotas, training, maintaining standards and discipline.
Particular focus on the cleanliness and overall administration of the bar, making sure that cleaning rotas are adhered to, H & S standards are maintained, training is conducted and the cellar is clean and well managed.
